FermentPro Machine Review: A Game Changer for Home Fermentation

I’ve been using the FermentPro machine for 5-6 months, even before its market release, and it’s been a total game-changer for home fermentation. As someone who’s not very good at cooking, I was amazed at how easily I made kombucha, yogurt, rice wine, and kimchi, thanks to the machine’s precise temperature control (10-50°C / 50-122°F) and user-friendly design. The consistency is flawless - every batch comes out just right.

What really sets this machine apart is its reliability and versatility. I used to have a separate appliance just for making yogurt, but now I don’t need it anymore - the FermentPro handles yogurt perfectly along with so many other ferments. The temperature can be easily adjusted from the existing menu presets. For example, I decreased the temperature to 42°C for yogurt from the preset 46°C in the menu, giving me perfect control over my fermentation process.

Dr. Hu’s included recipes are simple and foolproof, making fermentation accessible even for beginners like me. The temperature precision takes all the guesswork out of creating perfect fermented foods every time.
