Ingredients

64 oz fresh, unfiltered apple cider

FermentPro machine

1 SCOBY + 2 TBS starter liquid

2 cinnamon sticks

1 diced Pink Lady apple
Instructions

Pour apple cider evenly into two 32 oz mason jars.

Add SCOBY gel and 1 TBS starter liquid to each jar.

Cover each jar with a cloth/paper towel lid secured with a rubber band (Note: using the screw on lid will result in slight alcohol content) and place jars into the FermentPro machine and select “Kombucha” mode.

After 3 days of fermentation, the FermentPro will go into auto-cooling mode and your kombucha is ready.

Add diced apples and ice cubes to the glass.

Pour in your homemade kombucha and top with a cinnamon stick.
